How to search IEE records

The Environmental Actions Search Form lets users retrieve Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) tracker entries as well as the full IEE documents going back to 1994.

To retrieve either one record or a particular set of records:

Step 1    

Click         

Remeber to "Clear Form" before conducting each new search.

Step 2    

If records retrieved should match all search values:

Click   O "Match all criteria."

If records retrieved should match at least one value entered in several fields or within a single field (excluding "Country," "Region," "Fiscal Year," and the Threshold Decision fields).

Click   O "Match at least one Criterion."

Step 2

Enter relevant value(s) in selected field(s)

 Example 1: To retrieve all records in West Africa:
                   Select West Africa in the “Region” field

 Example 2: To retrieve all records on Ethiopia for fiscal year 1997-1999
                   with categorical exclusions:


Select Ethiopia in the “Country” field
And 1/1/97...12/31/99* in the “Date Approved” field
And selectYes in the "Categorical_Exclusions" field.

* The characters ... enable searching a range of values.

Example 3: To search for key words, for example, in the
                  "Comments/Action" field:

Enter key words(s), such as obsolete pesticide. If you want to find both words in records retrieved, make sure you also click "Match all criteria." If you want to find at least one of the two words in retrieved records, then also click "Match at least one criterion."

Step 4

If records need to be sorted, select a field from the “Sort Results” box in either ascending or descending order.
